Rates
Model/Actor (hereafter call talent) Rates are applicable to booking time only. All usage must be negotiated through LOOK Models and Actors Agency (hereafter called the Agent). All bookings are within industry rate standards and are negotiated directly with the client depending on the usage. Our goal is to always work within the client's budget.

Definite Bookings
All day bookings are computed on an eight consecutive hour per day basis. After eight consecutive hours, time and one half will be charged unless specific arrangements have been negotiated with the Agent.

Tentative Bookings -
If clients do not exercise their option to release or confirm tentative bookings, the talent reserves the right to cancel the booking, allowing other secondary bookings to take precedence.

Cancellations
Any booking not cancelled before 24 hours of the booking will be billed in it’s entirety.

Usages
No World Wide Web, future technologies, or Internet usages will be permitted unless negotiated specifically and separately with the Agent. Photographs, film, or likewise cannot be used for anything other than the job the talent was booked for without consent of the talent and Agent.

Experimental, Speculative Job and Test Shooting
Models may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the shooting and approved by model and Agent.

General

• A 20% Agency Fee will be added to all model and usage fees.
• A 2% late charge per month will be charged to invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of due date.

The model appoints LOOK Models and Actors Agency and its employees to enforce the above regulations and negotiate bookings and usages on behalf of the talent.
